Kids & Youth

  • Tiny Tigers BJJ (Ages 3–6) — A playful first introduction to jiu-jitsu, built around listening, balance, and having fun.

  • Kids & Youth BJJ (6–13) — Jiu-jitsu fundamentals that build confidence, focus, and real self-defense skills, one class at a time.

Wrestling

  • Wrestling — Takedowns, positioning, and grit, the foundation that makes every other grappling art better.

Adult BJJ — Gi

  • BJJ Gi Intro — Your entry point into gi jiu-jitsu, fundamentals taught step by step, no experience needed.

  • BJJ Gi All Levels — Traditional gi jiu-jitsu technique and rolling for every belt, beginner through black.

  • BJJ Gi Int/Adv — Deeper technique and live rolling for students ready to sharpen their game beyond the basics.

  • Women's BJJ — A women-only space to train jiu-jitsu technique and roll, at every experience level.

Adult BJJ — No-Gi

  • BJJ NoGi All Levels — Faster-paced grappling without the gi grips, pure technique, leverage, and scrambles.

Open Mat & Rolls

  • Junction Community Openmat (Open to All Affiliations) — Free rolling open to grapplers from any gym, come test your game against new training partners.

  • BJJ Openrolls (Members Only) — Unstructured sparring and drilling time for members to work on whatever they need.
