Kids and Young Athletes Programs

  • Tiny Tigers BJJ (4+ Years)

    Our Tiny Tigers BJJ program is designed to introduce introduce your little ones to the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through playful athletic activities and basic BJJ techniques, children develop important skills physical skills such as balance, coordination, speed, and strength. Our experienced coaches focus on building confidence and discipline, while fostering a love for movement and martial arts. This class is perfect for instilling a strong foundation in both physical fitness and personal growth from an early age.

    - Tuesdays / Thursdays 4:15-5 PM

    - Graduates of the Tiny Tigers program will go onto Kids BJJ.

    - Assistants: Coach Sam, Coach Josh, Junior Coaches Alan & Andre

  • Kids BJJ (6+ Years)

    Our Kids BJJ program is crafted to help children build strength, confidence, and character through the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As students learn fundamental BJJ techniques and self defense that will enhance coordination, balance, and over all fitness, they will also develop mental toughness and discipline. Our coaches create a structured but fun environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves in a safe and supportive way, building not just strong bodies, but also strong minds.

    Young athletes who demonstrate dedication to the sport and show an interest in competition will be evaluated by our coach and recommended for competition if deemed ready.

    - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 5-6 PM, Sat 10-11 AM Kids BJJ Fundamentals Classes

    - Wednesday 5-6 PM (Kids BJJ Level 2) - Open to all kids from Kids BJJ regardless of skill, but requires increased focus and responsible behavior/conduct

    - Assistants: Coach Josh, Coach Morgan, Coach Sam, Junior Coaches Alan and Andre

  • Teens BJJ (13+ Years)

    Teens are encouraged to attend our Adults classes, with a 10% discount on any adult membership plan. If your tween or young teen (11-13) is unsure whether to train in Kids BJJ or Adults BJJ, they are welcome to try both. Our coaches will work closely with them to recommend the optimal training program.

    Accelerate your child's progress with personalized instruction. Our private training sessions cater to individual needs and goals, providing focused attention and tailored feedback. Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced competitor, private lessons are an excellent way to enhance their skills and reach their full potential.
